Nepal Visa for Tourists can be obtained from the Tribhuvan International Airport on their arrival in Kathmandu. In the case of ground transportations, Tourists can obtain Nepal visa from border entry points in Kakadvitta, Birgunj, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Gaddachowki on the Nepal-India border and Kodari on the Nepal-China border as well. They can also obtain this visa at the nearest Nepal Embassy or Diplomatic Mission when they are outside of the country.

Nepal visa for Indian Tourists:
Indian citizens do not need a visa to enter Nepal but if he/she arrives by air transportation, then he/she must have either passport or Election Commission card with them as per the Nepalese Immigration.

Other Nepal Visa Information:
Nationals from some countries like Nigeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Cameroon, Somalia, Liberia, Ethiopia, Iraq, Palestine and Afghanistan do not get visa on arrival at the immigration entry points of Nepal and should obtain it from Nepal Embassies or Diplomatic Missions in their respective countries.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel (Dinner Included)
As you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu; our representative will be there for your warm welcome with nameplate and will help to transfer to your hotel. Get refresh from the jet-lag. Evening time will be for welcome dinner with our staff in one of the typical Nepali restaurant in Thamel. Overnight at hotel.



Day 2 - Kathmandu Valley Sight Seeing (Breakfast Included)
Take your breakfast and get ready for a guided full day sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley. The sightseeing program is focused on introducing some highlights of UNESCO World Heritage sites of Kathmandu such as Kathmandu Durbar square, Swoyambhunath ,also known as “Monkey Temple”, Pashupatinath –temple of Lord Shiva and Bouddhanath; a Buddhist place. After sightseeing evening will be for trek briefing and preparation of things per need.

Day 3 - Drive to Bhaktapur and Explore Bhaktapur (Breakfast Included)
After breakfast you drive to Bhaktapur; one of the oldest city of Nepal. It will take one hour drive to reach Bhaktapur. Highlights of Bhaktapur are; the culture and living style of Newari peoples, the Bhaktapur Durbar Square and temples around there.

Day 4 - Drive to Nuwakot (Breakfast Included)
After breakfast this day, you will drive to Nuwakot. A scenic four hours’ drive will take us to Nuwakot. Major attractions of Nuwakot is Saat Tale Durbar (seven-storey fortress) built in 1762 by Prithvi Narayan Shah and Bhairabi Temple which is one of the oldest temples of Nepal. Enjoy walking around the Durbar Square, explore the living style of typical Newari peoples.

Day 5 - Drive to Bandipur (Breakfast Included)
Take early breakfast and get ready to drive to Bandipur. It will take approx. five hours to reach Bandipur from Nuwakot. A scenic drive makes our journey worthwhile. Upon reaching Bandipur you will be welcomed by the native peoples of there. Bandipur is a village of Gurung peoples and one of the popular viewpoint offering majestic Annapurna and Manaslu Himalayan Ranges. Catch the fabulous views and enjoy the local hospitality of Bandipur peoples.

Day 6 - Drive to Pokhara (Breakfast Included)
In the morning we explore around Bandipur for some time and then we will set off towards Pokhara. It will be a three hours driving from Bandipur to Pokhara. As Pokhara is one the beautiful city around the globe; you can walk around the fabulous city having lots of lakes.

Day 7 - Explore Pokhara (Breakfast Included)
A full day to explore ‘city of lake’. Our Pokhara sightseeing program will include the boating on the wonderful Phewa Lake, visiting of Tal Barahi and Bindabasini Temples. It also includes visiting of Devi’s falls, Gupteshowr cave and Tibetan Camp. Adventure lovers can also do Paragliding and Ultra flight as optional activities. Enjoy exploring Pokhara.

Day 8 - Drive to Lumbini (Breakfast Included)
As we spent two fabulous days in Pokhara, today we will drive to Lumbini; Lord Buddha’s birth place. It will take approx. five hours drive to reach Lumbini from Pokhara. Maya Devi Temple; a birth spot of Gautam Buddha, Ashok Pillar, ancient stupas and the praying of the monks are highlights of Lumbini. Enjoy exploring Lumbini.

Day 9 - Drive to Chitwan (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
After breakfast we will drive to Chitwan. It takes 4 hours approx. drive to Chitwan. After reaching the hotel and get refresh then there will a brief about your programs by our guide. You will be taking a walk on banks of Rapti River for wonderful sunset view. In the evening, you will have your dinner with a typical Tharu Cultural program in your hotel.

Day 10  - Explore Chitwan National Park (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
Day to explore Chitwan National Park. Today you will get to know why Chitwan National Park is so much famous tourist destination all around the globe. Elephant safari inside the dense forest of Chitwan National Park offers to explore the wildlife of National Park which includes, endangered one-horned rhinoceros, water buffalos, deer, sloth bears and if you got lucky enough then you can spot Royal Bengal tiger and leopard too. Tharu Village tour to explore the living style of Tharus, Canoe trip on Lazy Rapti River, a walk to elephant breeding centre are the highlights of this day. Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel (1334m.) (Dinner Included)
Upon your arrival in, our representative will be in Tribhuvan International Airport for your warm welcome and help you to transfer to hotel. Take rest and get refreshed of jetlag. In the evening meet your Yoga instructor. After then join welcome dinner organised by our team.

Day 2 - Drive to Pokhara (820m/ 6 hours drive) (Breakfast Included)
Travel to Pokhara overland where you can scenic views of green hills via Trishuli River bank. As you reach to Pokhara, you will be transferred to the hotel. Take rest and get refreshed. In the evening, you will do some Yoga on the side of beautiful Phewa lake. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 - Drive to Nayapul(1.5 hours) and Trek to Ulleri (1940m/6-7 hours) (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
From Pokhara we take a private vehicle and drive to Nayapul. From Nayapul, we take an ascent trail and trek to Ulleri via Tikhedhunga. Upon we reach to Ulleri we take sometimes rest. After then we do some meditation and Yoga with witnessing Annapurna South and Himchuli to revive our body. Overnight.

Day 4 - Trek to Ghorepani (2860m/6-7 hours) and Yoga in the evening (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
This day we will trek to Ghorepani. It is quite hard trekking day. After reaching Ghorepani we take sometimes rest and the amazing views of mighty Himalayas will help us to come into normal shape than usual. In the evening, you will do Yoga at Ghorepani where the mountains views and the sunset into them accompany us and make our Yoga even special. Overnight.

Day 5 - Visit Poon Hill, Yoga and Trek to Chuile (2300m./5 hrs) (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
Early morning, before sunrise, we hike up to Poon Hill. This day will be the pick of our Yoga Trek because of the Yoga spot we get where we are surrounded by mountains and the sunrise in the mighty Himalayas makes our Yoga a perfect one. We will spend about 2 hours doing Yoga and clicking some memories of Poon Hill. After then we come back to Ghorepani where our breakfast awaits. After then we will trek to Chuile via Tadapani. In the evening, we will just do some meditation. Overnight.

Day 6 - Trek to Jhinu Danda (Hot Spring Place) and Yoga (1760m./5-6 hours ) (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
After breakfast, this day we will trek to Jhinu Danda via Khumrung village. Upon we arrive in Jhinu Danda, we spent some time for rest and then will take a bath in Natural hot springs. After then we do some Yoga in the side of Natural Hot Springs. Overnight.

Day 7 - Trek to Pothana (1990m /5 hours) and Yoga (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
After spending a wonderful day at Jhinu Danda this day we will shift to Pothana to experience Yoga in the lap of Annapurna and Manaslu Himal ranges. Along the way to Pothana we will cross beautiful Landruk village- typical Gurung ethnic village. Upon we reach to Pothana, we take rest for a while then we will start our Yoga which will last for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Overnight.

Day 8 - Trek to Phedi (2043m/4 hrs) and Drive back to Pokhara (Breakfast Included)
Early morning we will join some Yoga courses. After then we will pack our stuff and will trek to Phedi via Dhumpus. From Phedi, we will take a private vehicle and will drive to Pokhara. In Pokhara, we will have enough time for rest. In the evening, we will join our final Yoga program of the trip. Overnight.

Day 9 - Drive back to Kathmandu (Breakfast Included)
Travel back to Kathmandu overland to see the green hills or take a spectacular flight back to Kathmandu. After arriving in Kathmandu you will be transferred to your hotel. In free time, you can buy some gifts for friends and family back home. In the evening join farewell dinner organised by our team in the success of the trip. Overnight.

Day 10 - Fly back home (Breakfast Included)
Our representative will accompany you to Tribhuvan International Airport to catch your returning flight. We hope to see you again.

Everest Base Camp Trek Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel. (1334m.)


Upon your arrival at Kathmandu airport, our representative will welcome you with a very warm greetings and will help you to transport to the hotel, which will be pre-arranged by the trek operator. Then in the free time you can take a good rest.





Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing and preparation day.

Today, you will be engaging on Kathmandu Valley sightseeing. During, Kathmandu Valley sightseeing you will be visiting four of the UNESCO World Heritage zones of UNESCO World Heritage site Kathmandu. The places you are visiting are:

Soyambhunath
Pashupatinath
Boudhanath

Kathmandu Durbar Square



After the sightseeing, you will then have a group meeting to brief on the trekking. The guide will also make sure that you are well-equipped for the trekking. If you don’t have the gears needed for the trek then the guide will help you to buy or hire the needed stuff.

Then, you will go for a welcome dinner at the traditional Nepali restaurant.



Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2810m./ 35 minutes flight) and trek to Phakding (2610m./4-5 hours trek).

With an early morning scenic flight, you will first fly to Lukla– the gateway to Everest. In Lukla, you will meet your rest of the trekking crews (porters) and then the trek will start.




The route to Phakding is easy and combines the uphill and downhill. Phakding is a wonderful settlement in the lap of the hills.  The staying in Phakding will be at a local teahouse, which has the good food, warm blankets plus WIFI and electricity to charge the gadgets.



Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazar (3440m./6-7 hours trek).

The route up to Namche Bazar is mostly uphill and follows through Dudh Koshi river via dense forest of rhododendron and pine. On the clear day, after crossing the Hillary bridge you might get the chance to see the first glimpse of Mount Everest



Namche Bazar is also known as the Sherpa Capital and the last place to buy the needed or forgotten stuff for the trekking.



Day 05: Hike to Syanboche (3,780m./ 1 hour hike) and explore Namche Bazar


After the breakfast, you will then hike to Everest view point, the hike up to Khumjung is mostly uphill. The view of offers the fascinating views of the Himalayas including Mount Everest and even you can see Tengboche Monastery from there.




The hiking to Everest view point also important as it will help to next to accommodate with the higher altitude.
Later, you can also visit the Sherpa museum of Namche Bazar.



Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3,860m./4-5 hours trek)


The route to Tengboche from Namche is mostly flat and easy. Just before Tengboche, there is an uphill which takes about an hour to complete but it is fun hiking up through the jungle with mountain views.




In Tengboche, you can visit the biggest Buddhist monastery of the Everest region. While collecting the stunning sunset in the Himalayas is the best part of the day. And Tengboche is on of the best places in Everest to see Mount Everest as well.



Day 07: Trek to Dingboche (4,410m./4-5 hours trek)


Wake up early morning, grab a cup of hot tea/coffee and go to see the sunrise in Mount Everest. The sunrise from Tengboche in the Himalayas is most noteworthy thing. Then after trek to Dingboche. The route to Dingboche is mostly uphill.




Today the spotting of wildlife, including Himalayan musk deer and even snow leopard is expected so keep your eyes bright.



Day 08: Hike to Nagarjun Hill (5,083m./ 2 hours hike) and then rest at Dingboche


After the breakfast, hike up to Nagarjun Hills. The view point offers the stunning views of Mount Ama Dablam, Island Peak and Makalu. Dingboche valley looks stunning from the top. The hiking up to Nagarjun is always important as it will be very helpful for the next day.




After the lunch, you will be taking the rest at the teahouse.



Day 09: Trek to Lobuche (4,910m./3-4 hours trek)


The route from Dingboche to Lobuche is mostly uphill and the steep uphill of Dughla is challenging portion of the trek. Although the hardest uphill of Dughla rewards with stunning views at the top. You may find the weather at Thukla top bit chilling and too much windy too. The memories of the people who has lost their life during Everest climbing and trekking are things to see at Thukla top.




In Lobuche , the sunset at Mount Ama Dablam looks stunning so don’t miss it.



Day 10: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364m.) via Gorakshep and retrace back to Gorakshep. (5,140m./7/8 hours trek)


The day to get to the dream. From Lobuche, we will first trek to Gorakshep, the lunch place plus the place where will stay at the night. You will leave your stuff at Gorakshep, then trek to Everest Base Camp. The route from Gorakshep to Everest Base Camp is of about two hours walking.




At base camp, you will be spending around an hour to enjoy the moments and to catch the memory with your lens.

Then retrace back to Gorakshep for the night stay. In the evening, if you feel okay then hike to Kalapatthar for the sunset, if not just take a good rest at the teahouse.



Day 11: Hike up to Kalapatthar (5,545m./1-hour hike) for the sunrise and trek back to Pheriche (4240m./4-5 hours trek)


Wake up early morning at hike to Kalapathar before the first ray of sun hits Mount Everest. The hike up to the Kalapatthar peak is steep uphill but the sunrise view at Mount Everest will be the best sunrise you ever witness in your lifetime.




After the sunrise retrace back to Gorakshep to collect your stuff, then you will retrace back to Pheriche.




Day 12: Trek back to Namche Bazar (3440m./4-5 hours trek)


Follow the same way back to Namche Bazar. The route to Namche Bazar is mostly downhill.







Day 13: Trek back to Phakding (2,610m./4-5 hours trek)


Downhill, all the way, enjoy a relatively easy trekking back to Phakding.







Day 14: Trek back to Lukla (2,840m./3-4 hours trek).


Final day of the trekking, retrace back to Lukla. In the evening, enjoy a dinner with the porters at Lukla and say good bye the porters.






Day 15: Fly back to Kathmandu (35 minutes) and last-minute shopping.

With an early morning flight, fly back to Kathmandu. Later in the afternoon you can do some last-minute shopping. In the evening, join the farewell dinner with the treks operator team.




Day 16: Transfer to Kathmandu airport to catch you returning flight (30 minutes’ drive).
You will be transferred to Kathmandu airport by our representative to catch your returning flight.
